I am Willie, Willie Wonka. A Shih Tzu and Yorkie mix makes me soooo cute and playful. I love a belly rub, and kind hand, and to play. I try not to think about my past. My mom Teri told me I was picked up as a stray and put in a place called a pound. They found my original family but they didn't want me back. It was so hard. It really hurt not to be loved. They were going to put me to sleep at the pound, but my rescue mom came and got me and told me I'd be loved and safe and never want again or be lonely.

Everyone here loves me. When my friend Mary plays with me, she knows I need a belly rub.(We know bellies don't rub themselves ) I am so safe in her lap. I am so good with people, but because of my past, not so good with children. I guess I just didn't have a good and kind beginning. I love to play with toys and will run and run. Will you help me find my forever home? Everyone told me if I post myself on the internet that my forever home might find me quicker. So I'll enjoy myself here because I hear Mary coming now and I want to be the first one in her lap. Dogs are up-to-date on shots, wormed, on heartworm preventative, microchipped and altered(spayed/neutered), prior to adoption.
Our pets are kept at our adoption center and viewed by pre-arranged appointment by approved application
