Every abused dog has memories of what happened to them. We don’t know all the dogs’ stories, but we see how abuse and neglect effects them. Like Jessi who has “Stranger Danger.” She is  very stand-offish because all people are suspect to her from bad memories of her past. But  she likes us and trusts us. The beginnings of Jessi were malnourishment, which has caused alot of infections and teeth being pulled, and a chain. Her siblings did not fare so well, but we were lucky to get her. So is there a home for Jessi where she doesn't have to share her family at the shelter? She will always be safe with us. But if there were a very special family with endless patience to win her broken spirit and pull her out of her past, we'd love to meet you. There are those rare people who see beyond the bad memories that make dogs shy and make her an addition to their family. We love her so much and want the best for her.  Jessie has a cancerous tumor and deserves to live her days out in a loving environment, with a family, where she can smile and know she is loved.

• Dogs are up-to-date on shots, wormed, on heartworm preventative, microchipped and altered(spayed/neutered), prior to adoption.
• Our pets are kept  at our adoption center and viewed by pre-arranged appointment by approved application
