This is Hopsey.  He was dumped in my drive way sometime earlier in the week.  I had tried to get him to come to me but he was afraid.  Sunday night at 10 pm he was in my garage.  He came meowing towards me dragging his right front leg.  His leg had to be removed.  He is a very loving cat(lap cat)  all vaccines are uptodate and neutered.  His vet bills are at $500 plus.   Please help us with his bills

• Dogs are up-to-date on shots, wormed, on heartworm preventative, microchipped and altered(spayed/neutered), prior to adoption.
