Description:
Flashy domestic longhair brown tabby (torbie) that was abandoned with her kitten when her owners were evicted from their apartment. She and her youngster managed to survive for a week in the apartment before they were seized by Animal Control. The kitten was adopted, but mom remained behind at the pound until our volunteer found her and scooped her up on her last day. She is approximately 3-years-old (as of 05/04) and has been socialized with cats (she will need time to adjust) and cat-friendly dogs.
